When staying in the Island, you must keep in mind this 3 basic things: transportation, places, and food. You don't want to get into a hustle situation wherein, instead of having some kind of relaxations, you were confused where to stay if not being lost at all.
- TRANSPORTATION - Depending on where you're coming from, you can travel by air, sea, or land - whichever you prefer.
AIR
With air, there's a direct flight from Manila to Camiguin, as well as Cebu Mactan Airport, to Mambajao Camiguin Airport. Check for flight rates here.
LAND
If you're landing on Laguindingan International Airport, you will travel by land by commuting a van or bus to West Bound Terminal, Bulua CDO. Then get a cab or taxi for Agora Terminal, and then travel westward for about two hours for Balingoan Port - the Ferry port for Camiguin Island.
SEA
In Balingoan Port, you will then sail by a Ferry for about an hour to Benone Port, Camiguin. Then get a cab, jeepney, or motorbike. Take note: there's no taxi in the Island. So make sure you keep in mind how you're going to explore the Island Born of Fire.
